Person-Centered Collective FAQ
Person-Centered Collective (PCC) provides relationship-focused, person-centered consultation and support services for neurodivergent individuals, families, and organizations. Our services are designed to support meaningful connection, community participation, independence, and quality of life through individualized, practical, and sustainable approaches.
Who do you work with?
We may support:
- Children, teens, and adults
- Neurodivergent individuals and their families
- Transition-age youth and adults
- Individuals participating in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP)
- Organizations and developing providers seeking limited consultation or systems support
Services are individualized based on each person’s goals, needs, interests, and support preferences.
What is the Connection Collective?
The Connection Collective is a relationship and community integration program designed to support meaningful social connection and participation.
Services may include:
- Facilitated friendship and social matching
- Supported peer interactions
- Community-based social support
- Interest-based social opportunities
- Communication and self-advocacy support
- Relationship-building support for teens and adults
Our approach prioritizes authentic connection, shared interests, and real-world participation rather than rigid or one-size-fits-all social programming.
Do you provide ABA therapy?
Person-Centered Collective is not structured as a traditional high-volume ABA agency and does not currently provide insurance-based ABA therapy services.
Services may include behavioral, social, adaptive, assessment, and caregiver consultation informed by evidence-based and person-centered practices. Support is individualized and designed to integrate naturally into everyday life and community participation.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Person-Centered Collective primarily focuses on private pay and Self-Determination Program (SDP)-aligned services.
This allows us to maintain a smaller, more individualized model centered around flexibility, collaboration, and sustainable support.
What SDP services does PCC provide?
Depending on the individual’s goals and approved IPP services, support may align with:
- Community Integration Supports (SDP Code 331)
- Community Living Supports (SDP Code 320)
- Behavioral Intervention Services (SDP Code 364)
- Family/Consumer Training (SDP Code 366)
- Training and Counseling for Unpaid Caregivers (SDP Code 371)
- Prevocational Supports (SDP Code 339)
Service recommendations and funding determinations are ultimately determined through the SDP planning and IPP process.
Are services available virtually or in person?
Services may be available:
- Virtually
- In person
- Community-based
- Or through a hybrid model depending on the service and location
Availability may vary depending on scheduling needs and geographic area.

We have a particular interest in supporting:
- Transition-age youth
- Adults
- Community participation
- Relationship-building

Support may include:
- Consultation and guidance
- Behavioral and adaptive support strategies
- Communication and relationship support

Our work is relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in over 20 years of clinical and systems-level experience.
