ACQ Accreditation Support (Autism Commission on Quality)
Person-Centered Collective supports ABA organizations pursuing ACQ accreditation through structured readiness planning, systems development, and application support. ACQ (Autism Commission on Quality) is a nonprofit accreditation body created to promote organizational standards that improve quality, effectiveness, and outcomes in ABA services.
We help agencies translate ACQ standards into practical, sustainable workflows, strengthening documentation, compliance infrastructure, clinical operations, and quality systems while keeping implementation feasible for real-world teams.
Consultation, Supervision and Mentorship
Person-Centered Collective provides practical, evidence-based consultation to help organizations launch new services, strengthen programming, and navigate complex clinical concerns, without losing sight of real-world feasibility.
We offer BCBA supervision and consultation, including BACB® ethics-related remediation/monitoring, as well as individualized support for BCaBAs and graduate students. For experienced BCBAs, we provide a structured mentorship track to build Clinical Director–level leadership, grounded in ethical decision-making, supervision excellence, and strong clinical judgment.
