Person-Centered Collective Services FAQ

Who do you work with? Person-Centered Collective supports ABA organizations at every growth stage, including new agencies building infrastructure, established agencies strengthening clinical systems, and multi-site organizations working to improve consistency, accountability, and sustainability.

What is fractional clinical leadership? Fractional clinical leadership is part-time Clinical Director or Chief Clinical Officer support. It provides experienced clinical oversight, strategic guidance, and hands-on systems support, without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive hire.

What types of support do you provide through consulting? We provide practical, evidence-based consultation to strengthen clinical quality and operations. Common areas include clinical infrastructure development, documentation and compliance alignment, supervision systems, quality assurance processes, corrective action planning, staff training, and leadership coaching.

Do you provide direct clinical services to clients? Our primary focus is business-to-business clinical leadership and systems support. Direct clinical hours may be provided on a limited, case-by-case basis when paired with an active consulting or fractional clinical director engagement.

Do you offer BCBA supervision and mentorship? Yes. We provide BCBA supervision and consultation, including individualized support for BCaBAs and graduate students pursuing certification. We also offer a structured mentorship pathway for experienced BCBAs seeking to develop Clinical Director–level leadership skills, grounded in ethical decision-making and supervision excellence.

What is ACQ accreditation? ACQ stands for Autism Commission on Quality. ACQ is a nonprofit ABA accreditation body created to promote organizational standards that improve quality, effectiveness, and outcomes in ABA services.

How do you support organizations pursuing ACQ accreditation? We support agencies pursuing ACQ accreditation through structured readiness planning, systems development, and implementation support. Our role is to help translate ACQ standards into practical, sustainable workflows, strengthening documentation, compliance infrastructure, clinical operations, and quality systems while keeping implementation feasible for real-world teams.
