We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all support. Our work is built around the individual, their relationships, their goals, and the environments that shape everyday life. Whether supporting a person, family, or organization, we prioritize meaningful connection, collaboration, and sustainable support that feels practical in the real world.
Support should adapt to the person- not the other way around. We offer individualized services that are designed around each person’s needs, goals, energy, and stage of life. Whether through consultation, community integration support, caregiver collaboration, or professional guidance, our approach remains thoughtful, flexible, and personalized.
With over 20 years of experience in behavior analysis, clinical leadership, and neurodiversity-focused support, our work is grounded in ethical, evidence-based, and relationship-centered care. We combine clinical expertise with practical, person-centered strategies that support connection, independence, community participation, and long-term sustainability.

Person-Centered Collective provides relationship-focused and community-based supports designed to help neurodivergent individuals build meaningful connections, increase independence, and participate more fully in everyday life. Through facilitated social matching, supported peer interaction, community integration support, and individualized guidance, we help create authentic opportunities for friendship, participation, and belonging in ways that are practical, person-centered, and sustainable.

We provide individualized consultation services for neurodivergent individuals, families, caregivers, and support teams seeking thoughtful, practical support rooted in clinical expertise and real-world application. Services may include behavioral, social, adaptive, and transition-related consultation, caregiver support, SDP-aligned guidance, and individualized recommendations designed to support quality of life, communication, independence, and everyday functioning across home, school, work, and community environments.

Person-Centered Collective offers limited consultation services for organizations and developing providers seeking ethical, sustainable, and practical support in building high-quality systems of care. Services may include clinical systems consultation, supervision and mentorship support, documentation and quality guidance, ACQ-informed consultation, and strategic support for developing providers and organizations. Our approach emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and real-world implementation over high-volume or one-size-fits-all models.

With over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, families, and clinical teams, Person-Centered Collective was built from the belief that meaningful support should be ethical, individualized, relationship-centered, and sustainable.
Our experience spans direct support, parent and caregiver collaboration, behavioral and adaptive consultation, clinical leadership, supervision, program development, and systems-level quality improvement across home, school, clinic, and community settings. We understand that effective support is not just about clinical knowledge — it is about helping people build connection, participation, confidence, and quality of life in ways that are practical and sustainable.
Person-Centered Collective intentionally operates as a smaller, highly individualized practice and consultation model. This allows us to provide thoughtful, collaborative support tailored to real-world needs rather than one-size-fits-all programming or high-volume service delivery.
Whether supporting individuals, families, or organizations, our approach prioritizes:
We believe quality support should strengthen people, relationships, and systems, not overwhelm them.
