Agency Development & Clinical Leadership

Person-Centered Collective was founded to support agencies and leaders committed to doing the work right. Through fractional clinical leadership, customized training, and evidence-aligned consultation, we help organizations elevate clinical quality, support their teams, and build sustainable systems without sacrificing values.

Specialized SDP Services

Person-Centered Collective also provides individualized, person-centered services to teens and adults with developmental disabilities participating in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). These services focus on meaningful daily engagement, independence, and social connection—including friendship matching—and are designed to align with each individual’s IPP goals, preferences, and vision for their life.
